Return Policy

eReaders

Dulin’s Books offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all device purchases.  All devices must be in like new condition and be returned in their original boxes.  Before returning your device please contact us at support@dulinsbooks.com.  We will send a return label which you can use to ship the item back to us.

Once we have received the item we will issue a refund for the full purchase price. We do not refund shipping charges.

 

eBooks

Unfortunately, Dulin’s Books is unable to offer any refunds of downloaded eBooks. If you have any issue downloading an eBook contact us at support@dulinsbooks.com  and we will assist you as best we can. In the event you cannot download your purchase, we will refund your purchase price.
